If you’re receiving an Access Denied message while trying to view a video, chances are you currently do not have permission to view it. Try logging in first, or requesting access from the owner of the video. Sometimes the owner of the video may not have set the appropriate viewing permissions.
You may also be trying to access a channel or function within Avenue to Learn that you may not have permissions for.
Another reason why this message may appear is because of 3rd party browser extensions. Try turning off ad-blockers or other extensions that may restrict access. If you continue to have issues viewing the video try some troubleshooting tips outlined here.
