When using the Avenue to Learn integration you may experience a rare occurrence of receiving a message stating “Unavailable Quicklink. The External Learning Tool is not available.” It’ll look like the following image:
To fix this simply try to re-embed the video. If you continue to experience issues with the Avenue integration, try testing an HTML embed code to see if that works. See how to do that here. If both of these options do not work please contact support.
