If you’re trying to add a user as a collaborator or to a channel and their Mac ID does not appear in the search field, that user has most likely not logged into MacVideo yet. Once someone logs into MacVideo for the first time their Mac ID is then entered into the system and should then be searchable. Please ask the user to log in first before trying to add their account to videos or channels.
