Here’s a quick way to clear the Kaltura cookies in Chrome (make sure you’re on the latest version) if you are experiencing issues viewing the embedded videos in your Avenue course.
1. On the page where the video is, click on the two lines icon that is on the far left in the address bar.
2. The site information menu will appear. Select Cookies and site data.
3. The Cookies and site data menu will appear. Select Manage on-device site data.
4. The on-site device data information window will appear. Under the Data from embedded sites section, look for 2152421-3.kaf.kaltura.com. Click the delete icon next to it to delete this cookie.
4. Once deleted. You will see a message appear asking you to reload the page. Click reload.
Once you have completed these steps. Reloading the page should allow you to view the videos. If the issue appears again, repeat these steps.
