If you’re having issues with Kaltura Capture, please make sure your system meets the minimum requirements. You can find them here.
Make sure you have enough free space on your hard drive for the size and length of video you’re planning to record. Kaltura Capture also saves a local video file of your recording so you will need available space for it. To see where your recordings are saved, go here.
If you’re still having issues, please try re-starting your system and re-installing the application.
If you’re receiving a window stating “Failed to load settings. Please contact your administrator.” You might be using a VPN which will prevent the use of Kaltura Capture including it starting up.
